Trouble starting?
Windows says the app is unrecognized
That is SmartScreen: our client isn't signed by a big publisher. Check the SHA-256 checksum first; if it matches, click More info and then Run anyway.
My antivirus blocks a file
Only download the client from this page. Compare the checksum before doing anything else and ask on our Discord before you make an exception. Never turn your antivirus off.
The client can't connect
Check the server status at the top of the page, make sure your firewall lets the game through, and that you started the game from the folder you extracted (not from inside the zip).
How do I check the SHA-256 checksum?
Open PowerShell in the download folder and run
Get-FileHash .\file.zip -Algorithm SHA256. The result must match the checksum shown above, letter for letter.
