What makes VEYLMU different

Play together

Hunts, wars and races that pull players into the same place.

Golden hunts

A golden monster with a lot of health and a box worth the fight. The whole server hears who is winning.

  • Golden messages call the first strike, every change of lead and the final score.
  • Parties and rivals fight over the same monster, and each side sees its share of the damage.
  • New characters get a Rookie Hunt of their own at level 30.

Guild wars and Battle Soccer

Got a rival guild? Settle it on the Arena.

  • A guild master starts one with /war or /battlesoccer and the other guild's name.
  • A war lasts up to 15 minutes, a match up to 10, with the score on screen.
  • First to the score wins, or the higher score when time runs out.

The Lorencia Ring

Three laps against the clock, just south of town. For fame and badges.

  • Click the Race Warden at the start line and ride his lent Uniria, the same speed for everyone, or your own gear.
  • Records for the fastest lap and the best three laps, this week and of all time.
  • Ring badges for the fastest riders, shown next to your name.

Castle Siege

Every Sunday the guilds fight for the castle.

  • Break the gates, hit the guardian statues and take the crown.
  • Shields mark each side, and the seven siege skills work in the battle.
  • Guilds sign up with a Sign of Lord, dropped by strong monsters on the higher hunting grounds.

A young server: your name can still be first.

  • A public wall of who did each deed first, for the server and for each class, and what nobody has done yet.
  • Every month starts a new list that only the accounts created that month race for.

Earn them hunting, racing and climbing, and pick the one everyone sees in the game.

  • Badges for resets, rare finds, events, the Ring and more, collected on your character's page.

The backbone: the climb

Leveling and the gear hunt are still the heart of it.

Fast levels, slow gear

EXP x100 gets you to the good part quickly. The gear is the real chase.

  • Jewels of Soul and Life are rare, so a +9 set means something.
  • The reset cap rises every Saturday, so nobody runs away with the rankings.
  • Joined late? Catch-up EXP while you play: +50% from 5 resets below the cap, +100% from 10.

The Veil tiers

Resets do more than raise a number: they open the world.

  • 5 resets open Scorpion Basin in Karutan, 10 open Crimson Glade in Aida: stronger monsters and a chance at excellent gear.
  • Golden hunts of their own roam those maps.
  • A Box of Kundun shows its Veil tier.

Seasonal events

Holidays bring their own events and looks.

  • For Halloween, Night of the Veil sent the restless dead into Lorencia, with its own title screen and +20% EXP during the invasions.

Power comes from playing.

  • The shop sells looks and comfort. No gear, no jewels, nothing that decides a fight.
  • Earn coins by voting and by bringing friends.
  • Safer trades, and a report form for cheaters and bots.
